Step 1 - Your First Appointment

  • We spend time with all our patients and don't rush through appointments. This allows us to get to know you, listen and learn from you, and find out what it is you want to change or improve about your teeth.
  • We’ll start by reviewing your medical and dental history, before carrying out a detailed clinical assessment of the muscles of the jaw and jaw joints, and the gums and teeth. Any necessary x-rays or photographs that are required to help us plan your treatment journey will also be recommended.
  • In consultation with you, taking all your needs and wishes into consideration, we will create a detailed treatment plan that works best for your overall dental health. This would include any alternative treatment solutions, a breakdown of the appointments and fees, and any long term maintenance requirements. For more advanced and complex treatments, a guide to possible treatment costs will be provided, including details of any necessary diagnostic treatment (e.g study models, 3D CBCT scan).

Step 2 - Your Dental Treatment

  • Your appointments will be arranged in advance to fit into your schedule, including any necessary follow up appointments.
  • We will go out of our way to make sure that any treatment you receive is comfortable, pain free, and carried out at a pace to suit you. We use the latest techniques in providing local anaesthesia, and take our time to make sure that you are comfortable before the start of any treatment procedure.

Step 3 - Your Maintenance Plan

  • At the completion of your treatment, we will sit down with you and reassess the maintenance requirements of any treatment you have received to ensure the longevity of any dental treatment and the on-going health of your teeth and gums.

Step 1 - Your Initial Consultation

  • At your first appointment we like to take the time for you to get to know us and for us to get to know you. To ensure we can truly understand what your concerns and desired outcomes are, we will set aside one hour. During this hour we will listen to you, learn from you and answer any questions you may have.
  • After carrying out a detailed clinical assessment of your teeth and gums, we will recommend any clinically necessary x-rays and photographs to help us determine and plan any necessary treatment.
  • Having taken all your needs and concerns into account, our clinical findings, treatment options including any alternative solutions and maintenance requirements will be detailed in a written report. Where possible, a treatment plan indicating the appointments required and treatment fees will also be provided. For more advanced and complex treatments, a guide to possible treatment costs will be provided, including details of any necessary diagnostic treatment (e.g study models, 3D CBCT scan).

Step 2 - Your Dental Treatment

  • This is the planning stage and again, we like to set aside an hour of your time. Together with you, we will discuss all the treatment options available to you to solve your dental problems. We can then break down the appointments needed to reach your chosen outcome and plan your treatment time-table at a pace that suits you and fits in with your life-style.
